Key Responsibilities
Being a team player
Implement new functionality. refactor and fix existing codebase
Continuously contribute to unit, e2e test coverage and overall quality of codebase
Peer review of newly introduced changes
Participate in brainstorming sessions with team about feature and process improvements
Participate in iteration planning, tickets evaluation and estimation process
Participate in root cause analysis and work closely with BA, QA and other Developers to resolve defects identified
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to software development

Requirements
Ukrainian: Proficient (must have)
English: intermediate+ (both speaking and writing)
Experience in SaaS platforms development
2+ years experience with Node.js (NestJS, Express, GraphQL)
2+ years experience with React.js (Apollo)
Strong TypeScript skills
Knowledge and understanding of ES6+, Vite/Webpack, ESLint
Strong experience with PostgreSQL
Experience using TypeORM
CI/CD pipeline configuring experience (Github actions)
Strong GIT and code review skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and BA, to understand software requirements and develop comprehensive solutions

Nice to Have
Experience working with WebSockets/Socket.io, Grafana, AWS (S3, EC2, RDS, Glacier), CloudFlare
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering
Previous experience working with HRM platforms
Hands-on applying of co-pilots (Claude Code, Codex or other)
Experience building agentic/generative AI solutions
Knowledge of TDD, BDD
