Full Stack Engineer (.NET/React)

Salary: $88,382 - 106,438 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a junior to mid-level full-stack developer with 3–6+ years of experience.
• We prefer prior experience in an agency or fast-paced client services setting.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# APIs is essential.
• Proficiency with React JS, ideally with TypeScript, is required.
• Solid experience with SQL Server is expected.
• Experience deploying applications to Azure or AWS is needed.
• Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD workflows is required.
• We value demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Copilot is important.
• We are looking for a strong communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort speaking with senior leadership is preferred.
• We want someone with a self-directed, ownership-driven mindset and a bias for action.
• A growth-oriented attitude and interest in progressing into Senior, Lead, or Principal roles is desirable.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• We build and maintain scalable .NET Core APIs.
• We develop responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• We design and optimize SQL Server database schemas and queries.
• We deploy and support cloud infrastructure in Azure or AWS.
• We contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and modern DevOps practices.
• We own features end to end, from requirements through release.
• We juggle multiple client projects simultaneously.
• We communicate with senior executives, CIOs, and operational end users.
• We travel as needed for client meetings, workshops, or onsite collaboration.
• We use AI development tools to speed up delivery and improve code quality.
• We contribute to architecture and feature development for our AI product.
