Summary
Full-stack engineer building backend services and web UIs: writing Node.js/TypeScript and Express services, React frontends, and REST or GraphQL APIs over SQL/NoSQL databases. Day to day includes unit/integration testing with Jest or Vitest, code reviews, and working with a cloud platform like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Role & responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.
- Good working knowledge of React and React with TypeScript.
- Experience building REST APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing using Jest, Vitest, or similar tools.
- Experience with Git and code review processes.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and basic system design.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
Preferred candidate profile
