Build and own the real-time systems that connect customers, drivers, and operations for a ride-hailing platform using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

Responsibilities
- Architect and build systems that connect customers, drivers, and operations in real time
- Deliver end-to-end features across our web platform
- Build our organizing engine from rule-based workflows to automated decision systems
- Work on real-time tracking, order management, and logistics optimization
- Own projects from idea to production — no handoffs
- Ship smart and always improve what you've built
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience — you've been through it, understand that no code is the best code, value simplicity, and understand what good looks like
- A generalist with deep expertise in at least one area — whether it's infrastructure, optimization, or pixel-perfect UIs, you have to be world-class in something
- Hardcore work ethic and obsession with quality
- Strong with React, TypeScript, and Node.js (or similar stack)
- Product-minded: you care about solving real problems, not just tech
- You cut scope when needed, or push for perfection where necessary
