We are building a cloud-native, enterprise-grade SaaS platform with focus on:

• Scalable micro-services architecture
• AI grounded in real manufacturing realities

We are an early-stage startup with senior domain leadership. Candidates must be comfortable with high ownership, low process, and fast learning.

Role: Full Stack Engineer (Core Platform Builder)

Role Objective

Build and scale the core web platform connecting data, AI insights, and decision workflows.

Must-Have Skills

Backend

• Strong Node.js experience (production-grade services, async patterns, error handling)
• Python preferred (data processing, background jobs, AI/ML integration)

API Design

• RESTful APIs with clear resource modeling
• Async workflows (background jobs, queues, webhooks)
• Auth-aware APIs (JWT, RBAC, multi-tenant considerations)

Frontend

• React.js (functional components, hooks, API-driven UI)
• Tailwind CSS (clean, utility-first layouts)

Database

• PostgreSQL (strong schema & relational modeling)
• Indexing, constraints, joins, query optimization
• Event / time-series data experience is a plus

Cloud

• AWS preferred (deployment, IAM basics, environments)
• Azure exposure is a plus

Key Evaluation Areas

• Secure, multi-tenant API design
• Microservices vs modular monolith trade-offs
• Data flow & latency reasoning
• Logging, observability, error handling practices

Nice to Have

• B2B SaaS experience
• Manufacturing / operations domain exposure (optional)

Important

We are not considering fresh graduates or entry-level candidates for this role.

Prior hands-on production experience is mandatory.
