What You'll Do:

• Build the next generation of high-touch options pricing and trading workflow applications.
• Develop full-stack solutions spanning modern frontends, backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Create intuitive, high-performance interfaces for real-time trading decisions.
• Design scalable services supporting pricing, market data, workflow orchestration, and trading operations.
• Prototype innovative ideas rapidly and transform successful concepts into production-ready systems.
• Improve the performance, scalability, stability, and usability of mission-critical applications.
• Translate complex financial concepts into intuitive and effective software solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Partnering directly with traders, quantitative researchers, sales teams, and business leaders.
• Designing workflows that improve pricing, execution, research, and risk management.
• Building applications capable of supporting new markets and previously unsupported option instruments.
• Developing real-time systems for researching, monitoring, pricing, and executing trades.
• Designing APIs and asynchronous, event-driven services.
• Building and maintaining distributed and service-oriented architectures.
• Analyzing complex technical and business challenges and developing elegant solutions.
• Collaborating across engineering, quantitative research, and trading teams.
• Continuously refining applications based on performance, scalability, and user feedback.

About You:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building complex applications.
• Strong full-stack development experience across modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency withTypeScript and React .
• Experience designing scalable backend services usingC++ or Python .
• Experience developing distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong understanding of API design, asynchronous systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience building real-time, high-performance applications.
• Passion for intuitive user experiences, interaction design, and rapid prototyping.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable tackling open-ended and technically complex challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
