Full Stack Engineer SME
Summary
Senior full-stack engineer/SME building custom data pipelines and web applications for government/defense customers: ETL, ingestion, and data lineage work plus UI development, using Python, Flask, Elixir/Phoenix LiveView, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years of experience; onsite in Chantilly, VA or the DC Capital Region.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- minimum Top Secret (TS) with eligibility to access SCI material
- Bachelors required, Masters preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience

Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience supporting federal, defense, intelligence, or highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, containerization, and microservices platforms.
- Experience addressing cross-domain or cross-enclave interoperability challenges.
- Expertise in zero-trust architectures and secure enterprise application development.
- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, software architecture, cybersecurity, or Agile development.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $170,000.00 to $180,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
