Build and improve government digital products using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS in an Agile team.
About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and improve digital products used by the public. You will work with government agencies and a cross-functional product team to develop reliable, user-friendly digital solutions. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications and digital products. Build clean, scalable and maintainable code. Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers, Quality Engineers and other developers. Develop and improve product features based on user and business requirements. Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives. Conduct code reviews and share technical knowledge with the team. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Continuously improve development practices, product quality and user experience. Requirements
Must have: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with TypeScript, React and AWS. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or a related field. Strong programming fundamentals. Experience with
React/ReactJS, TypeScript and NodeJS . Experience with
AWS or cloud-based application development . Understanding of CI/CD and modern software development practices. Experience working in
Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments . Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Interest in using technology to improve public services.
Good to Have Experience with
amCharts . Experience with
SHIP-HATS, APEX or Cloud File Transfer (CFT) . Experience working on government or large-scale digital products.
