Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite, Non-Negotiable)

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: $120,000-150,000 + Bonus + RRSP Matching (Up to 5%)

Join a global technology team building enterprise applications that support corporate governance and regulatory compliance. We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can provide technical leadership while contributing hands‑on across both front‑end and back‑end development.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with React and Node.js.
  • Experience building REST APIs and scalable web applications.
  • Cloud experience with AWS (preferred) or Azure.
  • Experience with Git, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, responsive web applications, and modern web development practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with distributed global teams.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience.

Nice to Have

  • Playwright or other automated testing frameworks.
  • Jira and Confluence.
  • SQL and relational databases.
  • Financial services experience (not required).

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical initiatives and mentor developers.
  • Build scalable APIs and cloud-based solutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and globally distributed development teams.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Downtown Toronto (3 days onsite per week - mandatory).
