Summary
12-month contract role in Brisbane CBD paying $1,000/day for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain business-critical, secure web applications across front-end and back-end. Core stack is Java/Spring Boot with Angular and/or React, SQL Server, Git, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD, with Azure, Docker and microservices valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain front-end and back-end application components
- Build responsive web applications, RESTful APIs and scalable technical solutions
- Develop secure, high-quality code aligned with engineering standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues and production support requests
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners and DevOps teams
- Contribute to Agile delivery, application modernisation and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills
- Strong commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with Angular and/or React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- Proven experience developing RESTful APIs, web services and modern web applications
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database design concepts and Git
- Understanding of secure coding, CI/CD, testing and software development lifecycle practices
- Azure, Docker, microservices or automated testing experience will be highly regarded
