Full Stack Java Developer (Banking)

We are now looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with banking sector experience to join us and contribute to building high-quality, end-to-end digital solutions that create real business impact.

As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will work on rewarding, large-scale projects to design, build, and maintain innovative software solutions for the banking sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop responsive front-end components, create scalable back-end architectures, and ensure high security and compliance standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure and compliant banking-related software solutions.
• Implement robust back-end Java applications with Spring Framework (MVC, Boot, Data), JPA, Hibernate, and SQL.
• Integrate back-end web services and client systems via REST and SOAP.
• Apply advanced design patterns and microservices architecture to ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital banking applications.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience, preferably within the banking sector.
• Strong back-end development skills, including Java, Spring Framework, and good understanding of data modeling and integration.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React and/or Vue.js) and modern web technologies.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud environments such as Docker and AWS.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, including MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and analytical thinking.
• High energy, motivation, and problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to approach AI with curiosity and intention, actively incorporating AI-powered tools into workflows to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
