Full Stack Lead

Mroads is looking for a "Full Stack Lead" for one of our direct clients in Mexico City, Mexico.

This is a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack and Frontend developers.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code quality standards across projects.
• Remain hands-on by contributing to application development, debugging, code reviews, and resolving complex technical issues.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive engineering best practices including clean code, reusable components, automated testing, and design patterns.
• Lead sprint planning, estimation, and technical execution in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Review application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor developers through technical coaching, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot critical production issues when needed.

Required Technical Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years leading engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• React.js
• Node.js
• GraphQL
• JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development
• Experience building scalable REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Strong proficiency with Git and modern software development practices.
