Full Stack Lead - React.js/Node.js

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead to develop and deliver cloud-first web applications and lead high-performing, cross-functional development teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, client management, solution architecture, and team-building capabilities.

Total Experience : 8 - 10 years

Tech Stack :

- React.js, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Flask, Django, MERN Stack, PostgreSQL

Key Responsibilities :

- Interface regularly with clients, including stakeholders from leading Fortune 500 organizations, to understand strategic requirements and business priorities.

- Build delivery plans in collaboration with domain experts and ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.

- Lead mixed-discipline development teams and provide technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-first web applications using modern web technologies.

- Define team structures, hire, mentor, and foster an Agile, high-performance engineering culture.

- Remain hands-on and contribute to development and troubleshooting when required.

Architecture & Database :

- Define and review technical requirements, architecture, and implementation approaches.

- Design scalable and maintainable application architectures, including Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.

- Review database schemas and provide expertise in database design and optimization.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in software development and technical leadership.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

- Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Architecture.

- Proven experience building high-quality, enterprise-level applications.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
