Full Stack Mobile Application Developer
Summary
Designs and builds mobile applications, automated processes, and workflow improvements for corporate devices; collaborates with teams to ship features, works with APIs, tests code, and improves performance. Core technologies include Mobile MDM, iOS/Android, Java, Angular, relational databases, Unix/Linux, and CI/CD tools.

Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite/in office presence 3x/week)

Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced web and mobile applications, automated processes, and workflow improvements for supporting corporate-owned mobile devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with external/vendor data sources and APIs.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Ensure internal client expectations around user experience are met.
- Create, review, and maintain support documentation.
- Provide development escalation support and help troubleshoot and identify root causes to resolve them.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in Mobile MDM Technologies.
- Experience in developing and deploying iOS/Android applications.
- Proficiency in Java development and OOP design.
- Experience with building and testing Angular applications.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Sybase or DB2.
- Experience working in a Unix/Linux environment, including Linux shell scripting.
- Experience with building and working with third‑party libraries, APIs, and REST APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills with both developers and non‑technical colleagues.
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language such as Python.
- Experience in Apache/Tomcat web server architecture, web application deployment, and logging.
- Experience with git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with iOS Swift, Java/Kotlin, and Cordova.
- DevOps experience including integration with CI/CD processes.
- Experience in data structure, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Intune Graph API.
- Interest in learning and working on native mobile development.
- Experience in usage of Apache/Tomcat web servers.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changes.
