Crossing Hurdles is hiring a Full-Stack Python & React Engineer in the United Kingdom to design, build, and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs using Python, React, Django, and Flask, working with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases and leveraging Pytest, Jest, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge web applications using Python, React, Django, and Flask.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend and third-party systems.
- Develop and optimize complex database solutions using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Champion code quality by writing unit/integration tests with Pytest and Jest, and participating in code reviews.
- Leverage Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of API development, integration, and RESTful principles.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Proficient with Git workflows, Docker containerization, and CI/CD setup and maintenance.
- Experience in both frontend and backend development in production-grade environments.
