Full-Stack Robotics Platform Engineer (Core Technical Role)

Architecture & System Design: Design and lead the core architecture of the smart inspection robot platform (PC, Mobile, and Web), covering device monitoring, task scheduling, electronic map management, data visualization, alarm linkage, HMI, and automated report generation.

Backend Development: Build robust backend services (Spring Boot / Node.js), integrate MQTT/remote telemetry for device connectivity, handle database design (PostgreSQL / TimescaleDB), and construct real-time alarm rule engines.

Data Ingestion & Telemetry: Manage real-time ingestion, storage, analytics, and visualization of multi-dimensional inspection data (environmental quality audits, facility risk detection, personnel work oversight, etc.).

Frontend Development: Develop intuitive, highly accessible UIs (Vue / React) supporting one-click inspection, 3D digital twin monitoring, historical playback, and automated report generation.

Advanced Features & Control: Build multi-tenant permission controls, voice/text interaction modules, and remote maintenance channels. Implement remote teleoperation functions for robot movement, gimbal control, and multi-sensor data fusion.

Deployment & Support: Write deployment documentation (Docker), assist with on-site deployment, and conduct user training.

Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, with 3+ years of experience in full-stack or backend development.

Tech Stack Proficiency: Proficient in at least one backend framework (Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.) and well-versed in RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and MQTT protocols.

Frontend Expertise: Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React / Vue) with the ability to take projects from UI design to full execution independently.

Video Streaming: Knowledge of audio/video streaming protocols (WebRTC, RTSP, RTMP). Experience building real-time video feed platforms for robotics is a strong plus.

Industry Passion: Enthusiastic about robotics and IoT systems. Hands-on experience with digital twins or large-screen data visualization dashboards is preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience interfacing and co-debugging with AI algorithm teams and hardware/embedded software teams (e.g., quadruped robot base platforms).

Prior development experience with smart property management, smart parks, or industrial inspection systems.
