Our products

The role
You'll be one of the first engineers on a new line of AI-powered products alongside our existing tools. You'll work directly with me and with customers, and own features end to end, with as much guidance as you need and as much scope as you can handle. Expect ambiguity, fast iteration, and a lot of learning. We work AI-native: you'll use Claude Code, Cursor, and similar tools every day, and own what they produce.
- Work directly with a technical founder who has built and run a profitable company for 10 years
- Build entirely new products with real customers from day one, backed by an existing profitable business
- Ownership that grows with you: your scope depends on what you can do, not your years of experience
- A small engineering team where your work ships fast and its impact is visible
Qualifications
- We hire for competence, not years. Fresh graduates and experienced engineers are both encouraged to apply.
- CS degree or equivalent
- Proof that you build things: shipped products, side projects, internships, hackathons, open source, or a final-year project
What matters most (must have)
- Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and networking basics
- Problem definition: you turn a vague problem into a clear plan before writing code
- Ownership: you take work from idea to shipped without waiting to be told what's next
- You learn fast and pick up new tools, codebases, and domains quickly
- You use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) well and understand the code they produce. You can explain every line you ship.
- Verification mindset: testing, debugging, security awareness, and not trusting code just because it runs
- Product sense: you care whether what you build is useful, and make good calls on what to build and what to cut
- Clear written and verbal communication
Technical foundation (must have)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (we use TypeScript, Node, and React)
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases: data modeling, queries, and indexes
- System design fundamentals: APIs, caching, queues, and basic scalability tradeoffs
- Working knowledge of Linux, Git, and Docker
Nice to have
- Production experience with TypeScript, Node, or React
- AWS and CI/CD
- Experience designing and running systems at scale
Work hours:
Full time. You must not have a second job or be freelancing.
Compensation and perks
- Above market salary
- Performance based bonuses
- Once a year company sponsored trip
- Opportunities for fast career growth
Interview Process
- Live coding, no AI (45-60 min): a practical problem such as parsing data, building a small API endpoint, or fixing a bug in existing code. We look at correctness, clarity, and how you debug.
- AI-assisted take-home: build a realistic feature in a small codebase using your normal AI tools, then walk us through what you shipped and why.
- Project deep-dive or system design, depending on your experience: walk us through something you built, and we'll dig into your decisions, tradeoffs, and what you'd do differently.
