About the Role:

Our Trading Workflow Team builds the core systems that power how traders price, manage, and execute options strategies. We process billions of daily market events across a massive scale of listed products. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build high-performance tools that combine complex financial backends with intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Build end-to-end tools for market data, order management, and portfolio risk tracking.
• UI/UX Design: Create high-performance dashboards that display real-time market depth and system health.
• Backend Systems: Design scalable backend services, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Business Growth: Support expansion into new global markets, exchanges, and financial products.
• Prototyping: Rapidly build and test new software ideas, turning them into stable production systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience building full-stack applications.
• Highly proficient with TypeScript and React.
• Good experience with backend design using C++ or Python.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, async workflows, and API design.
• Great problem-solving skills and clear communication.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills :

• Experience working with trading systems, derivatives, or capital markets.
• Experience building charts and visualization tools for massive datasets.
• Experience designing software closely with the actual end-users.
