Softtek is hiring a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead in Mexico to own overall solution design and architecture while building REST and GraphQL services. The stack centers on Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL with Prisma, React/Next.js, and AWS infrastructure managed with Docker and Terraform.
Requirements

- 4+ years experience in Node.js
- 4+ years of GraphQL experience
- 4+ years of PostgreSQL experience
- 4+ years of Prisma ORM experience
- Experience building REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect
- Solid knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and DynamoDB with 2+ years of cloud experience
- 2+ years experience in Docker
- 2+ years experience using Terraform
- Experience in React.js ecosystem and modern frontend development
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience in TypeScript (understanding of interfaces, generics, utility types, and type-safe development)
- Experience in Tailwind CSS
- Experience in HTML5, CSS3, and Modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- GitHub experience (branching, pull requests, and code review processes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives and influencing architecture decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence across teams
- Microservice Architecture experience
- Responsible for overall design of the solution.
- Provides architectural blueprints based on functional and non-functional requirements and platform best practices and limits.
- Identifies and design reusable components to reduce application development time and maintenance.
