Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Modality: Hybrid, 2 days/week on-site
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a back-end focus to strengthen the AI products team, supporting a multi-cloud GenAI platform (Azure/AWS/Google), with primary focus on the Secure GPT service.
The work will be back-end oriented (approx. 90%), with occasional front-end contributions (approx. 10%), covering features such as document understanding, translation, agentic capabilities, automation and APIs.
Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web application development, ideally within Azure environments
- Strong back-end experience with Node.js
- Front-end experience with Next.js / React
- Full testing lifecycle: unit tests and E2E tests, with full ownership of the process
- Solid experience in API design, implementation and operation
- Hands-on experience with Azure: App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, Monitoring
- Experience with DevOps: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience in prompt engineering (drafting, testing and iteratively improving prompts)
- Experience with AI APIs/frameworks: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, RAG and agentic capabilities
- Fluent English (minimum B2), written and spoken

- Terraform and/or Bicep
- Observability and monitoring tools
- Background in regulated industries
- Azure or API certifications
- Availability for occasional travel (France, Spain, Portugal)
