Compensation: Starting at $33.00/HR - $38.00/HR

Schedule: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals

• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills

• Teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence

• Conduct therapeutic activities and foster motivation

• Document patient progress accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification in Louisiana

• Availability to commit to a full-time schedule

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
