Full Time Programs Manager/Rehab Director, Dequincy, LA

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Licensed Program Manager/Rehab Director in DeQuincy, LA. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy/PTA, Occupational Therapy/COTA or Speech Language Pathology You must hold a valid National Board certification and a you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license.
