Job Description: Senior Full-Stack Engineer DX

Position Overview

Build high-performance AI-enabled contact center channels (Outbound) with enterprise-scale microservices and Responsive Frontend using API 1st principle leveraging AI based SDLC

Team Charter

The team generally works on SDKs for agent & customer using JS/TS and would also need to work on Android & iOS SDKs in future.

Additionally, work areas also involve Administration & configuration which is in node.js

And Backend Microservices in Go, Java using API 1st.

The team is self sufficient and full stack, hence responsible for deployment, hence knowledge of Argo CD is plus.

Customer support is also done by the team, hence knowledge of Grafana and good debugging & troubleshooting skills are mandatory

Education & Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech/ M.Tech/ M.CA in Computer Science or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

• Total Experience: 6+ years in architecting, designing, developing, deploying, and troubleshooting cloud API-based microservices (Cloud Native and Hybrid) & Front End.
• Frontend Development: 5+ years of core backend development.
• Full-Stack Experience: 5+ years in full-stack application development.
• Backend Development: 5+ years of core backend development.
• AI based SDLC Experience: 1+ years using Agents & Skills to perform assessment, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, troubleshooting
• Optional: Platform & DevOps Architecture: 2+ years of experience in platform/system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Backend Architecture & Solution Design: Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale microservices handling high TPS with ultra-low latency, high resiliency, scalability, observability, and serviceability.
• Frontend Integration: Build responsive web applications using JS/TS, React, Angular, and Tailwind CSS.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a technical domain expert, lead system design decisions, review code, and collaborate in Agile/Scrum cross-functional teams.
• Operations & Quality: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues, manage containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Core Languages: Strong proficiency in NodeJS, Java/Go, Spring Boot and Rust as a plus
• Frontend & Visualizations: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React/Angular, Tailwind CSS.
• Data Streaming & Databases: Redis, MariaDB/MySQL, Kafka is a plus
• Architecture & Web Services: Microservices architecture, distributed systems design, RESTful web services, API Specification
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Azure or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous delivery patterns.
• AI Tools & Engineering: Advanced proficiency with AI coding assistants (Codex, Cursor, Claude), prompt engineering, Agentic based development for planning, assessing, code generation, deployment, troubleshooting and AI-assisted workflow optimization.

Domain Expertise

• Experience with contact center or telecommunications domain.
