Fullstack developer (Bank, East)
Summary
Builds and maintains full-stack web applications for a fintech client, using Angular for frontend and Node.js/Express.js for backend, with a focus on scalable APIs and database integrations.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Software Engineer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and technology partners.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Angular, Node.js, SQL databases, and API development, with a solid understanding of Agile delivery and software engineering best practices.
Contract: 12 Months
Location: Changi
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications.
Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end solutions using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and Ant Design.
Build and maintain back-end services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and integrations using MariaDB and Sequelize ORM.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and system diagrams.
Support production deployments, incidents, and post-release activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members when required.
