Fullstack developer (f/m/div.)

Summary

The Fullstack Developer will design and maintain web applications using Angular for the frontend and Java/Spring for the backend. The role involves working in an agile, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software solutions deployed on OpenShift.

You will contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging modern technologies across the software stack.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Design, develop and enhance software solutions with a strong focus on frontend development using Angular, HTML and CSS.
  • Implement user stories and technical requirements together with the Product Owner and development team.
  • Contribute to backend development activities using Java and Spring Framework.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers and fellow developers to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences.
  • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure application quality, reliability and maintainability.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve software defects while continuously improving application performance.
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to software engineering best practices and coding standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture, development guidelines and API documentation.
  • Support the deployment and operation of cloud-native applications using OpenShift.

What distinguishes you:

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

  • Experience as a Full Stack Developer, Frontend Developer, Software Engineer, or in a comparable role.
  • Proven experience delivering web application projects in an agile environment.

Know-how

  • Strong knowledge of Angular, HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with Java and Spring Framework.
  • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle.
  • Familiarity with OpenShift, containerized applications and cloud-native development.
  • Knowledge of software testing, unit testing and code quality practices.
  • Experience with Git and version control systems.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Languages

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
