Fullstack Developer

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of proven experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Node.js (Fastify), React, and Next.js, along with strong skills in both TypeScript and JavaScript. A deep understanding of modern CSS frameworks, database management, DevOps practices, and application testing is essential. You'll take full ownership of the development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable backend APIs using Node.js (Fastify).
• Build robust, responsive frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Write clean, type-safe code using TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Design and manage MongoDB and MySQL databases, including schema design and optimization.
• Style interfaces with Tailwind CSS, MUI, Bootstrap, and core CSS3
• Integrate and manage GraphQL APIs alongside REST.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend systems.
• Manage deployments and server configurations on GCP / AWS, using Nginx and Apache.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Customize and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
• Perform code reviews, refactor legacy systems, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs, systems, and workflows.
• Design and understand algorithms, flowcharts, and technical processes.
• Optimize performance across both frontend and backend systems.
• Work in Agile teams, managing tasks and sprint goals using Jira or similar tools.

Requirements:

• Programming Languages and Frameworks: JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, Node.js with Fastify, React, and Next.js .
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Ability to write and maintain unit and integration tests. Good understanding of testing strategies and code reliability principles.
• Frontend and Styling: HTML5 CSS3 Tailwind CSS, Material UI (MUI), Bootstrap, and Responsive and accessible design principles.
• Database and Storage: MongoDB and MySQL, Schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.
• DevOps and Infrastructure: GCP / AWS, Nginx and Apache server setup and maintenance, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Docker (optional but preferred).
• Other Essentials: Version control using Git and GitHub workflows, WordPress theme and plugin development, API documentation with Swagger/OpenAPI, Code profiling, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or other task/project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of containerized deployment with Docker.
