On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React.js / React Native) to join an IT Retail Distribution project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and take full ownership of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from design and development through production deployment.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications using Node.js, React.js, and React Native.
• Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Build modern, responsive web applications with React.js and cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-structured, and production-ready code following software engineering best practices.
• Ensure code quality by implementing Unit Testing and Automation Integration Testing.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables and mentor team members when needed.

Requirements

Must Have

• 4+ years of professional experience developing and delivering production-grade applications.
• Proven experience delivering at least 2–3 production projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Web) and React Native (Mobile).
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, relational database design, and Sequelize ORM (or similar ORM frameworks).
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of Git and Pull Request (PR) workflows.
• Experience implementing Unit Testing and Automation Integration Testing.
• Ability to work independently while taking full ownership of assigned tasks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Golang or Java.
• Docker.
• Hybrid Infrastructure.
• DevOps practices.
• Cloud deployment and infrastructure management.

• Preferred candidates are domiciled in Riau or nearby areas.
