Job Description:
Minimum 4 years of experience in private banking and other like Wealth management /Banking / Asset management
▪
Through understanding of private banking value chain with special focus on KYC and client onboarding related processes; key focus is on business understanding
Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering
▪ Good understanding of document management and data analysis
▪ Hands experience of User acceptance testing management
▪ Good understanding of Project management, Business project life cycle in addition to System Development Life Cycle
▪ Knowledge of Doxter and CRM application will be added advantage
▪ Excellent analytical, creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
▪ Strong follow-through and execution skills, ensuring actions and deliverables are completed on time.
▪ Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a willingness to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
▪ Excellent communication skills: formal and informal, one to one, one to many and across all organizational levels

▪ Strong knowledge of private banking business; should be able to speak and understand technical and business language
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
▪ Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced and evolving business environments.
▪ Able to juggle priorities and can concentrate on several areas of work at one time
