Functional Business Analyst - Veeva Vault CRM - Pharma

Seeking a Veeva Vault CRM Functional BA with strong Life Sciences/Pharma experience and hands-on expertise across Veeva Vault CRM and relevant Vault modules.

Functional expertise should include:

- Event Management

- Medical Affairs

- Alignments

- Targeting & Segmentation

- Veeva Vault

- MyInsights Reports

- Interactions

- MCCP

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, functional specifications, and UAT.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate across business, technical, and cross-functional teams.

- Good understanding of Vault configuration, workflows, data, security, and integrations.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum, users stories, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies.

- Strong Project/Workstream Management and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with Veeva implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations preferred.

Ideal Profile: Strong combination of Veeva functional expertise, Pharma domain knowledge, Business Analysis, and Workstream Management experience.
