Functional Consultant MS Dynamics 365 Supply Chain

Talcom is building a dedicated Microsoft Dynamics hub in Novi Sad for one of the largest Dynamics consultancy partners in the Netherlands. This hub is designed as a long term strategic capability, focused on delivery quality, scalability and deep domain expertise in Dynamics 365.

As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, they work with the latest technologies including Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, CE, Power Platform and AI.

As a senior consultant and SME in Supply Chain Management, you are end to end involved in implementation projects and responsible for a stable go live and handover to support. In this role you act as the link between business and delivery. You translate client requirements into structured solutions, streamline supply chain processes and ensure an effective implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.

Together with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, you are involved from pre sales through go live and transition to managed services, ensuring that the solution aligns with business objectives and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Dutch senior consultants, solution architects and international stakeholders, contributing directly to high impact projects.

•Work in full lifecycle SCM implementations from analysis and design through configuration, testing, go live and hypercare.

•Design and configure warehouse management including advanced warehousing, mobile device flows and intercompany logistics.

•Translate international supply chain processes into scalable and structured solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

•Advise clients on process optimization, governance and multi entity setups.

•Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders at management and executive level.

•Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, extensions and data migration topics.

•Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in the supply chain domain.

•Proven track record in multiple full end to end implementations as a functional consultant.

•Strong knowledge of warehousing, procurement, master planning, intercompany and transport processes.

•Experience in international roll outs across multiple countries.

•Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior decision makers.

•Professional level English, written and spoken.
