Talcom is building a dedicated Microsoft Dynamics hub in Novi Sad for one of the largest Dynamics consultancy partners in the Netherlands. This hub is designed as a long term capability with strong focus on delivery quality, technical depth and scalable architecture.
As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, we work with Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM, CE, Power Platform and AI, supporting international clients in complex system landscapes.
About the Role
As a Senior Integration Specialist, your primary focus is on Azure Integration Services within enterprise environments. You design, implement and maintain integration architectures that connect Dynamics 365 and other core systems to surrounding applications, platforms and external partners.
This role is considered strategic within the hub. You will help build integration standards, strengthen technical capability and support future pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
•Design and implement integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
•Work hands on with Logic Apps, Service Bus and API Management in production environments.
•Define integration patterns, messaging standards and API governance.
•Support system integrations around Dynamics 365 CE and SCM as well as other enterprise platforms.
•Ensure performance, monitoring and reliability across the integration landscape.
•Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and developers on solution design and delivery.
•Contribute to documentation, best practices and technical standards within the hub.
Requirements
•Minimum 5 years of experience in integration focused roles within enterprise environments.
•Strong hands on experience with Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps, Service Bus and API Management.
•Solid understanding of API design, event driven architecture and messaging patterns.
•Experience with monitoring, logging and troubleshooting distributed systems.
•Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
•Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations is considered a strong advantage but not mandatory.
•Professional level English, written and spoken.
