Five-month contract (37 hrs/week) Functional Developer role, recruited by Aatom Recruitment for a Local Authority: configuring, deploying and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Contact Centre solutions covering CRM, telephony integration (Teams Phone, Direct Routing, ACS, SIP) and Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI), with 2–5 onsite meetings in Lincoln.
Salary: £21,000 - 61,000 per year Requirements: Experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Centre. Ability to interpret business requirements and solution architect designs and translate them into functional CRM and contact centre solutions. Knowledge of case management, queues, routing, SLAs, voice, email, and digital customer channels.
