Salary: up to 3500
Key Responsibilities:
• Review investment partner reports processed by external service providers to ensure accurate and timely reflection of NAV developments
• Perform oversight and quality checks on valuation-related reports
• Identify discrepancies, gaps or issues and work with service providers to resolve them promptly
• Handle queries relating to investment partner reports from internal stakeholders
• Support internal process enhancement and improvement initiatives
• Assist with processing reports relating to direct real estate assets
• Apply knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles in reviewing investment information
• Support the broader valuation control team on daily activities
• Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and duties as required
