Key Responsibilities
(1) General Affairs & Receptionist (Office Management)
Office Management
- Receptionist: Greet and guide external visitors.
- Mail & Delivery: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Asset Management: Manage physical supplies and assets within the Seoul office.
- Office Environment: Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Administrative Support
- Document Management: Manage contracts, official letters, and real estate documents.
- Expense Settlement: Prepare various administrative documents and handle monthly expense closures.
- Office Operations: Provide overall support for daily office operations.
- Executive Support: Provide general administrative support for executives.
Vendor & External Communication
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and external agencies.
Other Operational Support
- Support other organizational operations (e.g., company events, handling internal requests, etc.)
(2) HR Admin
Payroll Administration
- Data Collection: Collect payroll-related data (attendance, allowances, etc.).
- Payroll Verification: Assist with payroll verification and manage related documentation.
- Contingent Worker Management: Manage temporary, part-time, and dispatched workers.
Onboarding/Offboarding & HR Administration
- Process Support: Prepare onboarding/offboarding documents and register details in the system.
- HR Documentation: Manage employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
HR Data Management
- Leave Management: Manage annual leave records.
- Data Maintenance: Update employee information and maintain HR files.
- Reporting: Assist with the preparation of various HR reports.
Future Role Expansion (Subject to change based on proficiency, performance, and capabilities)
- Payroll Ownership: Independently execute parts of the payroll process.
- Advanced Analytics: Expand into HR data analysis and advanced reporting.
- HR Core Functions: Participate in core HR functions such as Recruitment, Performance Management, and L&D (Learning & Development).
Qualifications & Information
- Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year university graduated or completed) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Administration and/or General Affairs (GA).
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
2. Additional Information (Notes)
- Work Location/Format: Due to the nature of this role, this position is not eligible for the company’s work-from-home (WFH) / remote work policy. (On-site work required).
