Game Designer (Liveops)
You will join a passionate cross-functional team to build, develop, and publish multiple mobile game portfolios, creating extraordinary experiences for players worldwide. You will monitor and analyze in-game player data, conduct market research, and turn insights into actionable recommendations. You'll brainstorm with teammates to propose design solutions and take the lead across a high-performance team spanning Music, Creative, Artist, Quality Control, and User Acquisition to deliver games players love. You will also maintain and prioritize the game roadmap based on business impact.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, collect, and analyze in-game player data
- Conduct market research to synthesize insights
- Transform insights into actionable recommendations
- Brainstorm and consolidate ideas from team members to propose design solutions
- Lead a cross-functional team spanning Music, Creative, Artist, Quality Control, and User Acquisition
- Maintain a game roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Game Designer or Product Owner for mobile game products
- Proven expertise in game design, core loop, and monetization strategies for diverse revenue models (ads, in-app purchases, hybrid)
- Strong game analysis skills to deconstruct and discuss strengths and weaknesses of games' design and experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, able to work in a data-informed environment
- Good sense of user experience and psychology in user design
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams
- Practical application of Agile methodologies
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Effective communication skills for sharing ideas, discussing projects, and providing constructive feedback
