GBL PL PROCESS & ASSURANCE LEADER ISP

Summary

Leads quality assurance for oil & gas integrated services projects, ensuring ISO/API compliance, reducing losses, and driving corrective actions across teams.

GBL PL PROCESS & ASSURANCE LEADER ISP: The primary purpose is to ensure Integrated Services projects execute reliably, consistently, and safely while reducing quality-related losses. Ensure effective implementation of the Weatherford Quality Management System within Integrated Services.

  • Own end-to-end quality assurance for ISP execution.
  • Monitor project quality performance, NPT, COPQ, incidents, and systemic risks.
  • Lead investigations into recurring execution failures and identify cross-functional corrective actions.
  • Ensure project readiness through quality planning and assurance reviews.
  • Coordinate quality improvement initiatives across multiple product lines.
  • Interface with customers regarding quality performance and delivery assurance matters.
  • Track action items and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze data trends and convert findings into practical improvement actions.

Experience & Education

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance role Oil & gas services
  • Root Cause Analysis Incident Investigation Training
  • English level: Advanced (business level)

PREFERRED

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent preferred
  • American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQA; CMQ/OE)
  • Industry recognized Training: CQM, CQE, CQA, CRE, CRMP, Lean and ISO certifications are desired
  • Membership of appropriate professional societies
  • PM, ISP integrated services PMP certification preferred (realizara actividades de project management)

REQUIRED

  • Experience managing International Organization for Standardization (ISO)/American Petroleum Institute (API) management systems
  • Knowledge of Weatherford products and services
  • Knowledge of Weatherford enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of budgetary process and fiscal responsibility requirements
  • Knowledge of applicable business unit equipment and processes
  • Ability to work self-directed
  • Ability to identify personal and group activities needed to support business unit objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects directly or through staff
  • Ability to create a positive and cooperative work environment
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong computer skills (including knowledge of Microsoft Office)
