Key responsibilities
Design, build and maintain Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and platform services
Develop and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform
Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks
Implement cloud security, governance and operational best practices
Support containerised workloads using Kubernetes (GKE)
Monitor and improve platform reliability, performance and scalability
Collaborate with development, architecture and security teams to deliver cloud-native solutions
About you
Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer within GCP environments
Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
CI/CD tooling including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Cloud Build
Cloud networking, IAM and security controls
Monitoring and observability tools such as Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus or Grafana
Python, Bash or Go scripting
Container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
