GCP DevOps Engineer
Summary
Build and maintain GCP-based data platforms using Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Dynatrace for monitoring and CI/CD.
For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced GCP DevOps Engineer for a long contract based in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and maintain enterprise-grade cloud data platforms on GCP.
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Develop and maintain GitHub Actions workflows for CI/CD automation.
- Implement and optimize Dynatrace monitoring for data pipelines, infrastructure, and workloads.
- Support and optimize Spark/JVM-based applications.
- Manage Docker containers and Linux-based environments.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to improve platform performance.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and operational processes.
- Maintain security best practices across GCP services.
Experience Required
- 8+ years of overall software engineering/DevOps experience.
- 4+ years building Data Platforms or complex Cloud Architectures (GCP preferred).
- 3+ years of enterprise monitoring using Dynatrace.
- 3+ years of Terraform in production environments.
- Strong expertise in GitHub Actions, GCP, Docker, Linux, and Bash scripting.
