Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced GenAI Engineer with strong fundamentals in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML solutions, along with strong programming skills in Python and experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent AI systems, implementing NLP solutions, and providing technical guidance to the AI development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions and intelligent applications.
- Develop and implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems.
- Apply strong Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts to solve complex business problems.
- Build, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models using Python.
- Work with structured and unstructured data using SQL and relevant data processing techniques.
- Leverage cloud platforms, particularly GCP, for AI/ML solution development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Participate in Agile development processes and stakeholder discussions.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Strong fundamentals in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML).
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Good working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Knowledge of Java and C++ programming.
- Exposure to Computer Vision technologies.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
