Agile Robots builds robots that combine AI, software, and hardware into working products, sold to industrial and research customers. Building that requires people across a wide range of disciplines, and our open roles don't always cover every background that could contribute. If you don't see a current opening that matches yours but believe your experience fits one of the areas below, we welcome a general application.

- Robotics & Automation: Mechatronics, motion control, robotic arm or mobile platform engineering, industrial automation and PLC/controls work. Covers both the design of robotic hardware and its integration into customer production environments.
- AI & Machine Learning: Model design, robot learning, computer vision, world models, applied AI for real hardware. Spans research-level model work and the applied engineering that gets a model running reliably on a physical robot.
- Software: Robotics runtime and middleware, embedded and firmware development, cloud and platform infrastructure, application software for robotic systems. Ranges from low-level device code to the software platforms that let a robot be programmed and monitored.
- Hardware & Electrical: PCB design, sensor and actuator integration, power electronics, controls hardware. Includes both product-level electronics design and the shopfloor-facing electrical work that keeps a deployed system running.
- Product & Program Management: Technical program management, product ownership for software or hardware platforms, cross-functional delivery. Coordinates work across engineering disciplines and keeps a product's roadmap and delivery on track.
- Sales & Customer-Facing: Sales engineering, technical account management, customer deployment and support. Covers the technical relationship with customers from first contact through live deployment.
- Operations & Supply Chain: Manufacturing support, procurement, production readiness. Bridges engineering and the production of physical hardware at scale.
- Corporate Functions: Finance, People, Marketing, and other business functions supporting the company. Keeps the business itself running so the technical teams can build.
