General Clerk- Data Entry (6312)
OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a General Clerk II Support in Saint Petersburg, FL.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support using Microsoft Office applications.
- Use scanning software for document imaging and records management.
- Perform accurate data entry. Attention to detail is essential.
- Answer incoming calls and provide customer service support.
- Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail; process mass mail-outs.
- Scan, file, and maintain documents in accordance with agency procedures.
- Support timekeeping processes and ensure accurate record maintenance.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- MS Office Experience Required
- Detail Oriented/Ability to accurately transfer data via manual data entry
- Ability to follow instructions/SOPs
- Minimum Relevant Experience: 1-3 years
