Most schedules run Monday–Friday; some roles run Tuesday–Saturday.Pay: Earn Up to $22.47 an hour with incentives!
Base Pay: $15.64 – $17.97 per hour, depending on role assignment
+$3.00 shift premium
+$1.50 per hour Attendance Bonus (Weekly) — Reliable attendance = higher weekly pay
About the RoleBased on your experience and our current openings, you'll be matched to one of several production roles, which may include:
Packers / Case Packers – Pack and inspect finished products
Line Leads – Help run the line and support the team
Clean Room Operators – Work in controlled environments operating filling equipment
Tray / Hand Fillers – Fill products to correct weight and specs
Potato Unloaders – Move trays and materials (higher physical role)
Ingredient Handlers / Prep – Weigh and stage ingredients
Production Support – Rotate across lines assisting wherever needed

What You'll Do
Perform hands-on production tasks per your assigned role (packaging, machine operation, material handling, quality checks, or sanitation)
Follow all food safety, GMP, and plant safety protocols
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Meet production, quality, and efficiency standards
Work collaboratively with your line/team to hit daily targets
What You'll Need
Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for a full shift (up to 50 lbs)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold & wet food manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Prior manufacturing/production experience preferred but not required — training provided
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
