The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems and equipment. This role supports overall facility operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment while responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Pay: $26.00/hour.

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks and scheduled inspections
  • Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to equipment, fixtures, and facility infrastructure
  • Maintain and repair doors, flooring, lighting, ceilings, and other building components
  • Assist with minor installations, equipment setup, and facility improvements
  • Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance or safety issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies
  • Document work performed and update maintenance systems or logs
  • Support emergency maintenance and after-hours needs when required
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License
  • 2–4 years of general maintenance or facilities experience
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs across multiple trades
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills for work order systems
