What you’ll do
Lead your team: Hire, train, schedule, and coach a crew that takes pride in their work. You set the example and hold everyone (including yourself) to Domino’s standards.
Run the business: Own cost control, inventory, cash handling, paperwork, and profitability.
Take care of customers: Greet guests with energy, handle orders quickly, and resolve concerns with a positive attitude.
Keep the store sharp: Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and image standards so the store always looks its best.
Grow sales: Drive local marketing efforts and find new ways to sell more pizza.
Jump in where needed: Make product to spec, process phone orders, receive and stock deliveries, and make deliveries when the store needs you.
What you bring
Strong judgment and the ability to make quick, ethical decisions
Empathy and a knack for managing people
Comfort multitasking under pressure without letting quality slip
Solid math skills for making change and analyzing store data (calculators welcome)
Comfort with computers, touch screens, and POS systems
Ability to read a map and navigate a delivery area
Requirements
18 years or older
Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
Must pass a criminal background check and a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards
Physical demands
On your feet for most of your shift, on tile and linoleum floors
Lift and stack product deliveries up to 50 lbs, two to three times per week
Occasionally crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and use stairs
Hand-eye coordination for stretching dough, using the pizza peel and cutter, and folding boxes
Carry orders to homes, apartments, and multi-story buildings
