About the opportunity
As General Manager, you will lead the overall performance of the care home and village, with responsibility for people, customer experience, quality, risk management, and commercial outcomes.
This is a role for a leader who enjoys turning potential into performance. We need a leader who can build trust, establish clear expectations, develop capability, and create a high-performing environment where residents, families, employees, and the wider community can thrive.
Success will come through your ability to:

You are an experienced people leader who has successfully improved culture, performance, or business results within a complex service environment.
