Our ventures include a ~$2.3B property portfolio and hotel management, just to name a few.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and execute expansion opportunities for EVT Hotels and Resorts across the Pacific through management contracts and brand licence or franchise agreements, with a focus on QT, Rydges, Atura and independently branded hotelsGrow Connect Hospitality through new management contracts, working with agents, consultants, independent owner operators and third party brand groups such as Marriott, Accor, IHG, Hilton and ChoiceLead negotiations and structuring of hotel management and licence agreements with owners, developers and investors, securing favourable terms that align with EVT’s objectivesDeliver the three year Pacific development plan with the Chief Development Officer Asia Pacific and the Senior Vice President Development Pacific, and support the rollout of the EVT Hotels and Resorts franchise strategyCoordinate feasibility assessments and business cases for new hotels with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, IT and People and Culture, validating assumptions with external expertise and dataRepresent EVT Hotels and Resorts and Connect Hospitality with the Pacific investment community, building a client base of owners, investors and development partnersWhat You’ll BringProven experience in lead generation and prospecting for hotel management contract and franchise opportunities across the PacificStrong understanding of hotel operations and what drives successful performanceExperience negotiating and structuring hotel management and licence (franchise) agreementsEstablished relationships across the hotel owner, investor, developer and brand company communityStrategic and commercial thinking, with the ability to assess revenue, cost and risk and build sound business casesStrong relationship building, influencing and conflict management skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder groupsAbility to lead a team and deliver results to agreed timelinesHow You WorkOwner’s mindset: acts on data and feedback; ships improvements.Growth mindset: learns, shares, and levels up others.Resilient and solutions-focused: stays calm, moves fast.Daymaker ethos: no one’s too big for the small things.Perks from Day OneAs part of EVT, you unlock Elevate Perks from your first day.
