General Manager - North Marietta

The X3 Sports General Manager is the face of X3 Sports to members, guests, and staff and is responsible for the overall quality, operations, and financial success of the assigned X3 Sports facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the gym operates smoothly, exceeds member expectations, and drives revenue growth while managing expenses and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as management preferred

• 3-5 years of management experience in a fast paced environment such as fitness, retail or hospitality environment

• Experience managing in a class based environment preferred

• 3-5 years of experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, revenue, and budgets

• Strong financial acumen and the ability to assess the impact of your decisions on the bottom line

• Proficiency in using computers, CRMs, POS, and other studio management software

• Demonstrated leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
