What You'll Do

• Drive sales growth while maintaining operational efficiency and controlling expenses.

• Oversee cash handling, reporting, equipment maintenance, and restaurant operations.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant General Manager experience.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

• Experience managing restaurant operations, labor, inventory, and costs.

• Ability to motivate employees and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
