About the Role
YellowDoor Hotels is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead its operations and establish the hotel as the benchmark boutique hospitality brand in Abuja. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, drive profitability, build a high-performance culture, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full P&L ownership and drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability across all departments.
* Build, coach, and retain a high-performing middle management team with clear accountability frameworks.
* Design, document, and implement standardized operating procedures across all hotel functions.
* Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure operational excellence and exceptional guest satisfaction.
* Develop and execute strategies to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Requirements
* 7–15 years of experience in hotel management or a related leadership role.
* Proven experience managing hotel operations, financial performance, and cross-functional teams.
* Strong leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills.
* Excellent financial, operational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and building high-performing teams.
