General Manufacturing Associate (Detailed Assembler) 3rd Shift - SPM

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and inspect medical devices following detailed procedures
• Set up workstations and support production start-up activities
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming products
• Complete accurate production documentation (Good Documentation Practices)
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a regulated environment
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Flexibility to support business needs and schedules
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Fine motor skills for intricate hand assembly
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions

• Ability to rotate across different workstations
